I live locally in Melbourne, what days and times do you deliver?
Delivery can be arranged for most days and times provided there's suitable notice. During the week, we schedule deliveries between 10:00am - 5:00pm and will our best to deliver your purchase at a time that suits you. For customers within a 5km radius of our Fitzroy store, we do offer a speedy delivery on weekends. Please speak to one of our staff members in store or by phone to arrange this. On the day of delivery, we will give you a courtesy call to inform you that we are on our way so you can keep an eye out for us.
How long will it take to receive my items when I purchase online?
For all online orders, we aim to have your items sent within 2-5 working days on stocked items. You can usually expect to receive your items shortly after that depending on the delivery method which you have chosen and your location. You will receive an email or call notifying you of when your item(s) has been sent, so be sure to keep an eye out in the coming days for its arrival.
If an item is out of stock, how long does it take before more become available?
Depending on the manufacturer and supplier these time frames can vary dramatically. We do our best to ensure items online are in stock or can be ordered quickly so there's no lengthy delays. If you wish to know when a particular item will be back in stock, then feel free to either call, email or visit us in store to find out.
Can I return my purchase if it's not suitable?
We do not offer refunds on any items sold if the product is not suitable. All sales are final so you must make sure the colour, measurements, design etc are correct for the purpose of your purchase. If you purchase online and wish to return / exchange the item(s) please email us and we will assess each situation individually. Any costs involved in returning / exchanging the item(s) will be paid for by the customer.
What happens if I receive my goods and they're faulty?
Please contact us immediately if the product is faulty and we will assess each situation individually. Keep in mind that our furniture is hand made and superficial defects in the timber can occur which are all part of the charm and character of individually hand crafted pieces.
Is there any warranty on your furniture?
As timber is a natural product and subject to change, we do not offer a warranty on our products due to the varying conditions they may find themselves in. You can be assured that everything has been done in the manufacturing process to prevent these changes from occurring, however circumstances beyond our control can see these imperfections arise. You will be provided with a care instructions sheet outlining how to best maintain your furniture, so be sure to read it carefully to ensure your purchase continues to look great for years to come.
Is the timber from sustainable sources?
Absolutely! All our timber products are made from 100% sustainable sources whether it be recycled timber or plantation timber. We do not support manufacturers that do not comply with these methods. Do you offer Lay-by?
Yes we do offer Lay-by. A 10% deposit is required and the balance is to be paid within 60 days. Goods will remain the property of Bohemio until all monies are paid for. Lay-by is offered in store only. During a sale period, discounted items are ineligible for lay-by purchase.
