Conditions of sale
When purchasing any of our products in store or online, it is the customers responsibility to ensure colour, measurements, design and functions are correct for purpose before purchasing. We cannot offer a refund for any of our products if you simply change your mind or didn't correctly do your due diligence prior to purchase. All sales are final and the products will remain the property of Bohemio until fully paid for. Under no circumstances will we allow any of our products that have been only partially paid to leave our store or be delivered. We can offer an exchange or store credit on your purchase provided you notify us within 48 hours of the sale that you intend to return it. From there, the goods must be returned within 14 days of sale and in the original condition prior to purchase. We offer this in good faith to our customers, however you are not entitled to this under Australian consumer law. We asses each situation individually and we ask for your cooperation during the process. There might be a 20% restocking fee for change of mind if the item is not returned in it's original packaging and condition. The customer will bear the cost of transportation.
Yes we do offer Lay-by on most of the products we stock in store. We require a minimum initial deposit of 10% to the value of the total purchase price. Good will remain the property of Bohemio until the balance has been fully paid. The customer has a total of 60 days (2 months) to pay the amount remaining once commenced. Payments can be made in installments as frequently as the customer chooses provided it is within the 60 day term. If the customer fails to pay the balance of the goods within the 60 day period, the product(s) will be returned as sell-able stock by Bohemio and the initial 10% deposit forfeited. Any further payments made by the customer above the 10% deposit will be issued as a store credit in which they will have 3 years to use. Lay-by is offered in store only and might exclude reduced, sale and clearance items.
Gift vouchers and store credit
If you're buying for a friend and can't decide what to purchase them, a gift voucher is a great solution. We offer gift vouchers starting from $20, up to as much as you like. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 year from the time of purchase. The same conditions apply to an issued store credit.
Our online store is an extension of our bricks and mortar store located in Melbourne. Certain products may only be offered in store and vice versa. Prices stated on our website are subject to change at any given time at our discretion. We do our best to ensure products that can be viewed online are in stock and ready for immediate delivery or collection. However, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase or visiting our store, as certain items may be out of stock or not currently on our showroom floor for viewing. If you order a product online and it's unfortunately out of stock, we will notify you of a lead time by phone or email. All online orders we aim to have sent with our chosen courier company within 5 working days of purchase. You can then expect your order to arrive between 1-3 days prior to that depending on your location within Australia. If collecting in store, we aim to have orders ready within 2 working days. We will notify you by phone or email once your order is ready to collect for you to then come and collect during opening hours. When purchasing online, please ensure that the product is suitable for your intended purpose. Any shipping or return charges will be paid for by the customer unless otherwise stated. All images and content produced on our online store is owned by Bohemio under copyright law. We do our best to make sure photographs, information and descriptions best match the item being described however cannot guarantee it will be 100% correct due to human error and or the different viewing platforms our site is available on. Computer screens can vary representations of colour, so keep this in mind when viewing or purchasing online if colour is an important factor in your purchase decision.
